This was my first experience in marrakech and it totally exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was an amazing assortment of traditional items. The cooking staff deserves applause. The lamb tagine was the best i had during my trip!
wifi connection could use improvement.

the wi-fi was non-existent at night, which really ruined my plans to relax. And as for breakfast. only bread? I mean, can’t a guest expect at least some eggs? I thought I'd at least receive a complimentary upgrade for all my complaints but of course, that was too much to ask.

The stay was very refreshing and serene. The courtyard was a beautiful spot for some mint tea after a day of exploring the nearby attractions like the Bahia Palace and Museum of Marrakech, which were a lovely walking distance away. The spaciousness of the Superior Double Room really stood out to me, coupled with the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood, making it a peaceful retreat from the hustle of the city.

Delightful stay with warm service
What a gem! The peaceful courtyard was a perfect retreat. After exploring the nearby Medina, coming back to the serene garden with tea was a highlight. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring any needs were met promptly, and the dinner served was a local treat worth repeating.
However, the room's heating was a bit unreliable, making it chilly at night, and the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, which made planning our daytime adventures a tad challenging. Also, I hoped for a wider breakfast selection than just pastries.
